BQ Aquaris M5 is powered by the Qualcomm MSM8939 Snapdragon 615 CPU and equipped with the Qualcomm Adreno 405 GPU. It has 2/3 GB of RAM and 16/32 GB of internal storage. Its Li-Po battery is non-removable and has a capacity of 3120 mAh. It was released in August 2015.
