Google Pixel 7a is powered by the Google Tensor GS201 CPU and equipped with the ARM Mali-G710 MP7 GPU. It has 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. Its Li-Po battery is non-removable and has a capacity of 4385 mAh. It was released in May 2023.
