Motorola DROID 3 (solana)

Motorola DROID 3 is powered by the TI OMAP 4430 CPU and equipped with the PowerVR SGX540 GPU. It has 512MB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. Its Li-Ion battery is removable and has a capacity of 1540 mAh. It was released on July 14, 2011.
