This is only for the Snapdragon variants. The initial TWRP tree supports both 4G and 5G models. Should work on the 2022 variant as well.

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is powered by the Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 5G CPU and equipped with the Qualcomm Adreno 650 GPU. It has 6/8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of internal storage. Its Li-Ion battery is non-removable and has a capacity of 4500 mAh. It was released in September 2020.
