Sony Xperia XZ3 is powered by the Qualcomm SDM845 Snapdragon 845 CPU and equipped with the Qualcomm Adreno 630 GPU. It has 4 or 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB UFS2.1 of internal storage. Its Li-Ion battery is non-removable and has a capacity of 3300 mAh. It was released in October 2018.
