Sony Xperia 1 II is powered by the Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 CPU and equipped with the Qualcomm Adreno 650 GPU. It has 8/12 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB UFS3.0 of internal storage. Its Li-Po battery is non-removable and has a capacity of 4000 mAh. It was released in May 2020.
