Sony Xperia Tablet Z LTE is powered by the Qualcomm APQ8064 Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU and equipped with the Qualcomm Adreno 320 GPU. It has 2 GB LPDDR2 of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. Its Li-Po battery is non-removable and has a capacity of 6000 mAh. It was released in February 2013.
