Xiaomi 13T is powered by the Mediatek MT6896Z Dimensity 8200 Ultra CPU and equipped with the Mali-G610 MC6 GPU. It has 8/12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. Its Li-Po battery is non-removable and has a capacity of 5000 mAh. It was released in September 2023.
